I struggled SO hard with cooking eggs on cast iron till I figured this out. It’s not magic, or some kind of trick. I guess it’s just the proper way to use the pan 🤣. I hope this helps you if you’re in the same boat!

The key is to get the pan hot first… I know it’s ready when my butter starts sizzling. Then I pour in the eggs and I wait patiently while the bottom of the eggs cook. They should slide effortlessly when you go to scramble them. Hope this helps!
