Day 4 of working out with Master Lei and I can say I made it through without stopping and day one I almost died. Yesterday at 8pm right about the time my body starts crashing, I felt so much energy and lightness on my feet that I had to thank Master Lei for getting me back on track. I can't kick higher than my chest height but it doesn't matter. I bow to you again Master Lei thank you for your service.

I bought the The Instant Health Qi Gong and Kung Fu books and vids recently. Best investment I've made on my transformation journey. Shifu's teaching style is straight forward and no fluff. Its the best imo. Thanks Shifu Yan Lei for sharing your knowledge.

I have a few years in shoalindo kungfu karate and I've always wondered just how to make a karate workout routine and stick with it, but I think understanding the fluidity of your movements and keeping your flexibility juiced up is a bigger part of it

This was interesting, thank you. It’s really amazing to feel the dynamic of two men interacting with such heart based energy. So incredibly powerful 🌟I haven’t quite decided what to do on the 22nd as it’s my birthday but I may join you! In recent years I’ve felt very vulnerable on this day (like a little sprouting seed coming out of the dark and into the light) but this year I just feel the need to truly celebrate this on a very personal level. To celebrate being born. I haven’t felt self love like that for such a long time. X
