I'm 30 and started doing exercises exactly a month ago. I'm following Sifu's videos daily and this is doing wonders to my health. When I started, I couldn't reach the floor even with the tip of my fingers when doing the hamstrings/loweback stretching and now, at the end of my training, I can barely scrap the floor a bit with my hand palms. The core training allied with some sit ups is making my core feel solid and my legs started to get rigid. This videos sums it up perfectly, I'm feeling stronger and more capable. I also started to daily drink green tea and I'm also eating healthy. I've been able to relax way easier on difficult situations because now I always try to "keep the smile up". Thanks Sifu. I'm very happy to found your channel again and to had take de decision to start this new road that seems to lead me to a way better version of myself.
Also, if someone is reading this and have doubts, don't postpone so much. Follow Sifu's videos, he always explain everything with a lot of details and share tips so you don't hurt yourself by not having him to correct your movements. Start. Do this favor to your body and soul.
Thanks again, Sifu. I'm not sure if I'll be able to reach this goal I've created, but I really want to go on a King Fu retreat now :D

I started following this video as part of my recovery from covid. As a long time martial artist this is an outstanding video for developing and improving strength and conditioning.

I just stumbled upon your video. Your enthusiasm is contagious. It shows you absolutely love what you do. Nobody ever talks about smiling when practicing Kung Fu. At least I never came across anyone saying that. Thanks for what you are doing for everyone.

I just started doing these exercises a week ago and I am very overweight so I obviously could not do them exactly but, just a few days ago I had no energy, but now I feel quite better and my legs feel so much stronger despite the aches, I thank you for sharing these exercises!

The best part of this video is the last part. Life skills. Overcoming challenges. The mindset is so so so important. I cried a little at this part because life can sometimes be tough on me. I move on staying positive. Thank you, sir.

The fact your wife supports dream and practices with you is awesome. My ex wife always saw my martial arts as a hobby, not a lifestyle. You have a true gift in a spouse who helps you follow your passion.

The first step to greatness is to be able to admit to your inner self you're weak. Strength second to none come from within, followed closely by being humble yet firm. Thats what i learnt from watching. Now it's time to move to action. Thank you for your energy! Stay safe & Strong!
