Happy Saturday everyone!

This will be a good routine to do in the morning to have a peaceful, joyful, centred and grounded start to your day 😊

With the combination of Shaolin Qi Gong movements from Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades) and Yi Jin Jing (Muscle and Tendon Change Classic) and Kung Fu techniques such as stretching, Upper Body and spine work, balance, stretch, coordination and focus.

We hope this 20 min Kung Fu and Qi Gong workout can give you a great boost of energy whether that is 20 min in the morning or throughout the day.

I am nearly 66 years old now, last year I discovered you and my favorite exercises then is 12 minutes Kung Fu workout.
This one in addition to ather Qi gong I have been doing for over a year now. In process of helping myself to heal of the ailments I had without Western medicine.
