You can build a lot of muscle with push-ups but not in 1 month. You do this everyday for 6 months and you will see a difference when you NOT PUMPED

I am no racist or anything, i have respect for every hardworking individual but we all must admit that people from African side have great genetics, i have literally seen some claiming not to have done workout once in their life but have body bigger than an average body builder
