If you do ten, push-ups every day for a week, that's 70 push-ups. If you just worked out 2 days a week doing push-ups Let's say you could only do 30 each time You would have 60 by the end of the week

I do 300 push ups a day until now its been a month I've been doing this. Before my max reps is 5. now i can do 20 push in a row. And i hope before new year i can make it to 25
