As someone who has trained for physique, strength, endurance, and combat I can tell you that there is a-lot more definition afterwards. A lot of people get body dysmorphia and don’t see the change but we do. Keep up the good work buddy💪🏽

I like how there's nothing shady about the before/after results like most people do, you were upfront and straight to the point. People need to realise you can't do jackshit within 30 days, fitness is a long process.

I see the huge difference in the shoulders, chest and waistline! Great job man! It definitely made a difference. Take measurements next time so you can see the difference on paper.

For people who want to train using push ups, the most important thing is form. Don’t do them quickly, in fact do them slowly. If you can work up to 3 sets of 25 push ups where you slowly control the way down, pause at the bottom, and maintain perfect form, then it’s time to make the movement harder. Before that, just keep going and you will see gains. The push up is an amazing exercise.

Hey, if your wanting to just grow muscle, take longer on each push-up because it will allow your muscles to go into hypertrophy (muscle growth). So instead of doing a lot of push-ups do about half but take about double the time. So if it takes you 2 secs to do a push-up, do it slower (4secs). you will see the difference.

I can tell a huge difference between the before and after. Your overall shape comes together. It’s a cleaner, sharper version of you.

My 100 push-ups best time is 5 min 17 sec, and for 200 pushups it is 16 minutes.
I have been doing pushups for last 3 months.
Starting a new sequence of
One minute rest while descending and 2 minutes rest while ascending. I'll reduce the resting time once I reach 300 every third day (2 days rest in between)

You didn't mention nutrition dude!
Maybe if you had gone on a bulking diet, you would have gained muscle, and improved even MORE

Your shoulders look much better and round after 30 days . The quality of your videos and the way you make them is top notch 👌. I have done many pushups in lockdown my method was 250 and 100 pushups on alternate days .

You already started in such good shape, its hard to expect a big difference.
So as a big older guy with like no upper body muscle tone, I started pushups being able to do a set of ten in the last week of feb. Did 30 the first day, lol. But it picked up quckily. After a week of doing it every day, I did a hundred in sets of 20. I decided my goal was to do 500 in a day by the end of march. Granted, I wasn't trying to get them done quickly, I was hoping to avoid injuring myself, so a lot of reps was what I wanted.
I ended up doing 500 in a day in the third week of march. 600 three days later. Took all day in sets of 35 going to 15 by the end of it. just knocking them out when I could around work and travel and home.
Its a great exercise. I definitely see the results from 5 weeks of it. Best set was 42 so far Most days I just do 200-300 now, because it was beginning to wear on my wrists. Started to do some other things along the way.
I like the idea of seeing how fast I can get them done. That seems smarter to get to maximum stress quickly now.
I've been doing more research too, and yeah, the web is full of conflicting crap. The guys wanting to build to make themselves look pretty seem less valuable than training muscles to keep working with endurance, but everyone has their priorities.
thanks for the video!

I think there is a huge difference between the before and after especially for just 30 days. Difference in abs and chest. Also separation in arms as well

"I feel fitter" - That's all it is about. As soon as you got that feeling, you are not only on the right road, you almost accomplished your goal.
That's ALL fitness is about
