Chris, I used to be very overweight and unhappy with myself but because of quarantine and your workouts like 10 min cardio and 2021 ab workout I have managed to get in the best shape of my life.

42 years old and though I've been going to the gym on and off, 6 months following Chris' routines daily during the whole pandemic period and I've never been more fit in my life. Doing 250-300 push ups almost daily now using several different variations (loved your 50 push up variations and morning routine videos btw!). Beats going to the gym for sure.

Your workouts are so “universal” I love them! Like you teach beginners how to scale it down or up and at the same time any athlete would benefit from copying you <3 much love from California! P.s. I love your nutrition advice too it’s always ON POINT (and I’m a medical student) :)!!

Man you are incredible. Sorry but I couldn’t handle it as great as you did (I stopped video 3 times to get 5 minutes break), but still I fell myself super pumped. Thank you so much!!! Gonna do this everyday until I can do it without stopping
