Chvostek's sign is the twitching of the facial muscles in response to tapping over the area of the facial nerve.
Trousseau's sign is carpopedal spasm caused by inflating the blood-pressure cuff to a level above systolic pressure for 3 minutes.

This has been happening to me for years when I get my blood pressure taken! I was always told I was being overly dramatic, but it’s painful and I literally cannot move my arm/hand when it’s seizing. Makes that exact shape! Finally it makes sense
