Anytime you are pushing and not pulling and your shoulder gets below your wrist you are in a break arm position.

Not enough advice like this out there. Healthy ways to pull should be considered top priority out there. Doesn't matter if you got strong forearm if you pull wrong and break your humerus.

Started watching arm wrestling videos after i had arm wrestling on PE, i fainted after getting an A for 3rd place, luckily some folks caught me and i was fine

and they would say "ohh that's not arm wrestling that's body wrestling" and I'm just here wanting them to do it and waiting for them to break their arm😂

We always faced each other in high school. Kind of a curl to bring the hand to the table, not internal rotation. Idk where people picked up that bad habit or why in the early 00's we knew not to press/ rotate to the side but pull towards ourselves and down at the end. 🤷‍♂️
