A mindset hack that transformed my relationship with food is *_FOOD ≠ PLEASURE_* . A lot of the time when we eat, it's not because we are truly hungry but rather we're bored or stressed. So because of that, we use food as a hit of stimulation to relieve us, especially junk food which is designed to hack our taste buds. I suggest disassociating food with pleasure altogether and eating only whole organic foods. Simply look at food as fuel from now on and that you're feeding yourself the best fuel possible which is organic micronutrient-dense foods. This shift can change everything!

The part sbout being grateful for indicators of whats good and whats wrong is the thing i write in my gratitude journal most days. Im so grateful my problem is knowing what i need to do but not being able to do it and not just being clueless.

For a guy whos been eating clean for 3 months, I can confirm that a good mental state is vital, and a tip i would say is that you can progressivly overload your diet because it will be to hard for you at the start

When I realized that I genuinely enjoyed eating clean after a horrible history of eating trash food, was when I brought home a bag of apples and bananas and almost teared up at how good the combination of fruits smelt lmao. My head was literally in the bag for like a good min just savoring the smell 🤣🤣🤣

It's about reminding yourself the these thoughts aren't our identity.
This calms the mind.

This is how I coped up, I started making my own food, just making them tasty with some sauces and spices (not too much) and cooking them in less oil

Recently i've been feeling very scattered in my thoughts and actions. I've been applying my attention to a bunch of different things, mainly because I want to succeed so badly. Sometimes it's best to slow things down and attack things one at a time. Thanks Hamza, i really needed this practise.

This was actually a really good video. It’s true, there’s so many people that genuinely could not give a shit about eating healthy, but then there’s some people that have a bad conscious about eating bad shit. I’m one of these people, I am currently eating terrible foods that I KNOW are terrible for my mental health, but as Hamza says, maybe that’s a good thing that we’re aware that it’s a bad thing, because at least we see that we shouldn’t be doing it. That’s the first step.
