The difference between him and all the other bodybuilding trainers on YouTube is he’s giving examples while he’s talking and the video is simple and short he didn’t spend 2 hours explaining why it’s good to slowly curl dumbbells 💪🏽

I really appreciate this video, I just started gym this week and I’ve been confused on what to do at the gym, using different sorts of machines and not knowing the purpose of it. Next time I go I will spend a lot of time in the dumbell section

Thankyou for the video it was really helpful. I’m just getting into working out and what I especially like about your video is how you make your explanations very simple, it really makes it easy to understand. The best part of your explanations are the descriptions of what mistakes to avoid and thus keep correct form which you also show how to do, thanks a lot, appreciate it and keep up the good work.

I’ve seen you on ads and have thought you’re just like the rest but honestly watching this you know exactly what you’re talking about and you’re very thorough. Definitely a new sub from me

It’s really helps to be able to watch correct form while doing your own workout.

My biggest question is how many reps per exercise and how many times? Right now, I'm doing 10x3 and it's getting too easy. When I first started, I reached failure halfway through the last 10, but now I feel like I need more of a challenge. Probably doesn't help that I'm only lifting 20 lbs, but it's all I have right now.
