5am THAT girl morning routine! 🍂🍳🥧🧸🧋 It's finally octoberrrr and in today's video i will be bringing you guys along on what a 5am morning in my life usually looks like! I've been waking up naturally at 4:30 am with no alarm... kinda weird or maybe it's just God trying to tell me something 😭

I made the yummiest fall breakfast i ever made! I saw this recipe on ig reels and decided to give it a try and wow it was AMAZING. It was a fall twist on your regular everyday oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon. Breakfast. is the most important meal of the day 😛

Please pleaaaase dont forget to stretch whether its right after you wake up or before you head out the house because it is SUPER important and very beneficial for your health 😘

I remember when i started my journey with God i started waking up randomly at 5am and it was shocking lol but now i make it a time to talk with Him and just enjoy the quietness before everyone in the house wakes up🤍

Hey Mel! I’ve been awake since 7:30 this morning having a little Sunday reset before I go meet friends for lunch, a shopping day and movie! Having a reset day is something I’ve been putting off for a long time but getting it done today and out of the way. I struggled with my mental health at the end of September so this reset is just helping me feel better. I always enjoy your videos and content whatever you post I’m up to watching. Mel, I don’t know what those people were telling you about your makeup but I think you look great with or without it and makeup is a choice if you didn’t where any you would still look great and if you do you also still look great.Don’t let people let you feeling like that you are amazing and nothing should change that not some people who are commenting your makeup!!!😊💗💗💗

Aww loved this video you did and loved that you started your morning with praying before you could even get ready which by the way love that for you🥰 and I guess one of the things that I do for my morning routine is eating breakfast and just getting ready for the day and going to work as well🥰❤️❤️

I wish I can do the 5am “That Girl” every morning but with having insomnia I can’t. But however, since being told I was type 2 diabetic but now I’m not and have to watch my A1C levels I do walks around my block everyday well almost everyday and it’s 15 mins and if I don’t do that then I do my weights I’m still being active. Milo is just so cute 🥰 can’t take it he would get along w/ my friends bunny Mr.CoCo Puff. 🐰 I am glad work is going well for you! You got this! 💜🩷 have a great week!

Honestly, my biggest tip for an improved time management would be to simply allocate more time to a specific task. I feel like many people think certain things will get done MUCH more quickly than they actually do and then they just end up being behind schedule for everything else.
