Thanks for the post ma'am it's universally known, that's why I'm having a glorious time I'll wake up early morning at 5am every day even in the weekend's. I usually go for a jog or love joining the elderly people doing "Tai Chi" I guess early birds gets the worms medical student Malaysia God bless. 🙏✌

To wake up early as shown in this video, plan your bedtime by calculating 7 to 8 hours before 5 AM, which means aiming to go to sleep between 9 PM and 10 PM. By 8 PM, I start my nighttime routine: dimming the lights, turning off my phone, and charging it. Before bed, I take time to shower, journal, meditate, and pray. I also prepare my clothes for the next day. Just before lying down, I remove my phone from the charger, set my alarm, and place the phone out of reach, like on a desk or counter. When I wake up at 5 AM, I get up to turn off the alarm but avoid going back to bed. Avoid hitting the snooze button—it can undermine your goals and ability to follow through your promises that feeds your self esteem. Consistently following this routine will help you feel refreshed and have a productive day by aligning with these Brahma Muhurta techniques.

That's why in Islam Day starts with fajar prayers in early dawn at around 5am to 5:30am and has so much importance in physical, emotional and mental health, and best possible time for walking is immediately after offering fajar prayers.
