Well, I've already got the collagen peptides/supplements, hyaluronic acid and vitamins (C, D, E). I've cut out sugar and processed carbs (fruits are generally high in carbs, but I don't count those as bad), drink 8-10 cups water and eat a pretty good diet. I also do alt. day intermittent fasting... which was oddly, not discussed. Autophagy has been studied and known to be helpful in reducing loose skin, so it really has nothing to do with diet. BTW, I started in Nov. 2019 and down over 90 lbs., with a goal of losing 215+ lbs.(started @ 413, now at 311). I'm 59 y.o., too and gradually put on the weight over the past 25-30 years. Still fairly early, but I have very little loose skin... so far.

back in late 90's I weighed 350lbs with 48in waist

Thanks to finding out about Intermittent Fasting and eating healthier I am losing weight with no loose skin, I am however interested in collegen increasing because I started using skin care products like Retinol to boost skin regeneration. I heard from another YouTuber that fasting 3 or more days helps skin regeneration, but due to having past thyroid issues I cannot fast more than a little over a day. My Doctor is against me going on a water fast and I would need my thyroid medication adjusted during the fast because the more empty the stomach the more it absorbs. I have also read online that longer fasting can be hard on the thyroid.

Starting of the year i was 108kg at 5.6 mid-February started trained off and on in total of 4 months now im 80kg, i have some loose skin on my belly and legs

I can tell you how to lose weight. In my late 60s I started eating oatmeal for breakfast every morning, then drank a big glass of water every evening. I lost 65 pounds. It didn't happen overnight, but it happened. And I have more loose skin than everybody in your video, and nobody can tell me an effective way to get rid of it. I'm almost 71 now, and I'm not able to get on a rigorous exercise regime. I'm open for advice.

What about the opposite... how can you gain weight without stretch marks forming? Presumably slow weight gain is best. Hiw much per week is safe?
