In this video you will learn how to fix loose skin after weight loss, for good! As a former obese man who Lost weight with unhealthy diets; It lead to excess, loose skin where the fat used to be. I struggled to fix loose skin for quite some time until I came across 5 ways to make my skin tighter. You will learn all of them in this video. Be sure to check out the timestamps and notes below.

01:45 The skin is very elastic. Our skin cells regenerate every 28 days. The loose skin will adjust, but it can take months to years.

02:30 Tip Number 1: Master cortisol and insulin. Insulin resistance is when you have resistance at the cellular level to insulin. Excess insulin depletes amino acids which can contribute to excess skin. This is where keto can be so powerful. If you are new to keto, watch this video.

04:45 Tip Number 2: Eliminate sugar and alcohol. Don’t combine protein and sugar because of glycation. The browning of an apple.

06:01 Tip Number 3: Build lean muscle. When you do this, the appearance of excess skin will be significantly reduced. Focus on these 5 movements, and do them often. Squats, push ups, shoulder press, lunges, deadlifts. These movements will fix loose skin around the neck, stomach, chin, back and overall body. This is great for tightening loose skin after pregnancy.

07:45 Tip Number 4: Consume the following ingredients. Stop taking fish oil. eat organic grass fed. coconut oil. Add in high quality collagen, my favorite is from bone broth.

1. Follow healthy lifestyle with high quality fat (clean keto)
2. Reduce refined sugar and alcohol
3. Building lean muscle: squats, lunges, shoulder presses, dead lifts, push ups or bench presses
4. Inflammatory foods to avoid: Fish oil and vegetable oils (eg. canola, sunflower, corn oil) instead have coconut oil or avocado oil
5. High quality collagen (collagen protein or bone broth)
6. Autophagy (cell renewal) through intermittent fasting -- probably most important

I found doing planks and side planks were the fastest way to tighten stomach skin. Also i do all your other suggestions already and at 47 my body is tip top shape. Thanks for the video

I’m watching you and listening.I lost 100 lbs keto, no alcohol walking 3-4 miles daily, exercise bike 5 days a week.Got the flabby skin and I’m 62 and I had a recent hip replacement.Sleep I think is huge . Thank you

After losing 140 lbs, I can confirm that these work tremendously. I have hardly any lose skin. None on my arms or legs… and only some in my stomach, but no more than I had after having my 2 children. Great tips!

On a KETO journey since april 2020 instigated by a need for a cure to pre diabetes that turned into a quest for weight loss. From 112 kilos now down to 88 kilos on my way to 72 kilos where I started out in the 70's. Thanks for your advice they corresponds to what I understand to be correct and also to what I'm doing right now. One meal a day consisting of red meat 250 - 300 grams of entrecote, butter, some cheese, full fat cream in my coffee. Fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I've done it for a month now and I feel great. Btw I'm 73 years old living i Stockholm, Sweden.

80 pounds in 12 months at age 73……..18/6 IF and KETO……exercised by walking lots of miles. Need help for my loose skin….still doing IF and using Collagen and Hyaluron supplements. I will incorporate the 5 body moves you showed and follow your channel……WISH ME SUCCESS.

I've lost 46 lbs since January with keto, intermittent fasting, and for the last few weeks doing OMAD. It's sooo easy because I'm never hungry, I don't eat sugar and very few carbs. I'll do this for the rest of my life. So, I would have to say that all of your tips are great. I don't take fish oil but that one was very interesting. Good vid!

Number 5 I'm been fasting for 23hrs an eating 1 meal for a week lost 6 lbs I an 205 now but I enjoy the fasting my sugar levels have fallen to 74 to 85 it's awesome. Keep up the good work my goal weight is 145 to 150 cant wait to get there thank you.

Thank you Ben!! I applied all of them except the exercise & work out one for having knee problems at that moment and let me tell you this... OMFG!!! it works. I lost 66 pounds so far. Went from size 46 down to 34. knee pain gone, lower back pain gone, headaches gone, laziness gone, snoring gone. Im 44 best shape of my life. Thank you so much!! I do have loose skin but I'm eager to start exercising now which would be the last one on the do list LOL. I'll keep you posted ;) Peace.

Hey Ben, just now seeing this video 3 years late. But I wanted to clear up a few wine ‘facts’ you mentioned… 1) Dry Farmed Wines are simply vines that are not irrigated. They are typically planted in more fertile & moist soils & have a very deep root system. 2) No vineyard I have ever worked for or managed has ever put anything close to 64 different chemicals on the vines. It’s not possible, practical, nor is it necessary. Please take the time to talk to some vineyard managers to see how little product we actually put on the vines.

I have been on keto and dirty keto for almost a year now and I’ve dropped 80 lbs and want to lose another 20lbs and my skin is an issue for sure. This video was an awesome find!!! Thank you so much and my favorite is #5 ... the longest fast I’ve been able to do was 74hrs and I want to get myself there again.

5 Autophagy - doing OMAD now to have that benefit from fasting 23 hours a day, the result is amazing, I look younger as many notice it in me. Btw I'm 41
