Hi Dr. Rachel, can you help me? Been 5 months not sleeping. I lost connection in my CNS. The effect of not being able to sleep is violent snd debiliating. I have history of how its started. I never have sleeping problem before. I have been in many turmoil since then. I as m as bout to give up since my body is deterikrating from it. is there a help for poor human like me?

I can sleep only for 6 hours...last stage of sleep I cannot have it...please tell me what the problem is. I feel heavy and less sensations back of head
