I'm suffering from night terror disease since 2004 .now I'm 37years old. Psychiatrist said that there is no lab test n permanent cure for this problem. Can I get rid from this problem permanently or not

I have one scheduled, and I’m not sure I will be able to fall asleep due to my ptsd and sleeping issues. I very seriously doubt I will be able to fall asleep ???!!!! I shall give it a shot anyway. I need to know what is going on with my body and why it will never shut down properly to get me to a good sleep

I cannot sleep at all so how do you monitor that.. haven't had sleep for 6 months zero faith in doctors you are anti-human
