This low impact JLo dance party is designed to boost your mood, and make you feel confident, strong and fierce!! I chose some of the hits for you to enjoy in hopes that you will get up and move with me. Let’s have some fun today and let loose!

Some of the moves may be a little fast or you may have trouble with coordination (as I did a few times), but that’s okay, just shake it off and dance it out in your own style. Our goal today is to move our bodies and feel gooood!

I’m so glad I found your page. I started the Jlo workout this morning and it was so much fun I loved it and did it 2x’s. Your positive vibe brought a smile during my workout, I’m so proud of myself I finished this workout without quitting in the middle of the routine. Love love Love. I literally did 1 hr workout plus 2 dance workouts 20 mins each . Don't give up everyone she is the real deal . I promise u I literally reduce 6 inches in only 2 days. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water and never give up . Stay blessed everyone

OMG I've watched like a thousand workout videos that I can be comfortable with but none is as close as your videos.. it's been two weeks since I started and I've lost some weights.. Grrrl! I am on my fitness journey. I am a former dancer who is battling arthritis and two busted knees. I have incorporated your workouts into my endurance hill walks and weights and let me say YOU are amazing! You keep it fun, light, energy up, I can feel the burn and mentally I enjoy it. So much fun! I adjust some of the moves to make them easier as I'm 4 months pregnant, but am so enjoying these workouts! I love to think that my baby is loving the music and party vibes too 🥰

Yes yes yes to all of this!! I’m trying to get my body back since having my baby boy 8 months ago! I wanted something fun and I used to dance but haven’t in a long time! Pleaseeee get some more videos of the dances, old school R&B maybe? I planned to work out 3 times a week but it’s Thursday and I’ve done one or two a day of your videos because I love them!!
