OMG we did it sistas! Finally I was able to upload it! I had to take one song out, so the workout is a bit shorter, but I promise you are going to LOVE this workout!

I had to tell you that I have 12 year old that doesn’t like to do ANYTHING! Today I introduced your workouts to her starting with this Dua Lipa dance workout and she had so much fun!!! I can’t thank you enough! I’ve gained a an exercise partner because of you, Jo🙌🏾❤️❤️

I have PTSD and my therapist keep telling me to workout at home or go to a gym to boost my energy I went to gym for like 3 days and I stopped going to the gym I was super deppresed that I couldn't do anything. I did every workout I could find on youtube but I kept giving up.A week ago I found your channel I did the tiktok dancing workout and i did it for 7 days. this is the most days I have ever exercised without giving up.I really thank you for making these energetic dance workouts. I lost 1 inch off of my waist. I'm gonna do this workout tomorrow.❤

I love so many things in this video. I can see the next move. the timer is on the screen and they're easy and fun dance moves so I don't have to go on the floor to exercise and I love Dua Lipa's music. Thank you!

I think the real accomplishment here is that here strapless stayed up the whole time. I'm so envious of smaller chests! 😩 but this workout was sooo fun!

I'm on day 2 of a 30 day workout challenge. I've planned it all out myself with a mix of your videos and beginner pilates. I did this workout today and absolutely loved it, my almost 3 year old also joined in (especially on the leg kicks and twists). The fact that she can join in has just made me even more motivated.

Thank you SO MUCH for what you do. I used to work out with heavy weights in the gym, but due to health problems I thought I just couldn’t work out at all anymore. I’d try, but just get discouraged by my failings.
Then I found THESE! I can actually complete them, have a great time doing it, and feel like myself again. Been working out with you for almost a year now 🎉
