Nitric Oxide Dump: Boost Energy, Blood Flow, and Vitality!

This is a simple 3 to 4 minute exercise that mimics 30 minutes of cardio. You release nitric oxide at such a high rate with this exercise that you will boost your energy, blood flow and overall vitality. There is 160 movements with four different exercises performed in four sets of 10 reps each. There is a squat, forward arm, raise, arm, swings, and overhead press, you can do these with hand weights to add some resistance. Just a couple pounds will make it much more difficult. You want to perform fast and aggressive, but not too reckless.
