I can't even breath from my mouth, feels so wrong, always been a nose breather, never been sick in 40 years between my diet and Low stress level I am enjoying life and I am beyond grateful 🙏🏾

I haven't watched this video of TADB...as yet, but so much of the awareness of breathing the last several years is incredibly well summarized in the book BREATH by James Nestor. He's a wonderful writer and someone who traveled the world researching the ART of BREATHING. Amazing book.

This is so true, bro!
The last weekend I went to the beach after doing some humming breathing exercises from your channel.
I went under water and I stayed there for a long time. A week before I couldn't
hold my breath even for 10 sec under water because I was so desperate.
I wasn't so good at holding my breath under water like I am today.

The back of the tongue produces N.O. as well. It works in conjunction with the nasal conversion. Those are the two major, but the endothelial cells produce as well.

In through the nose out through the mouth is how vipassana meditation breathing is taught. I'm glad to see this confirmed in your video. Also, the AUM or OM mantra is very similar to the humming sound you talk about. Peace and blessings .

Wow this further proves the efficiency and effect of the Wim Hof method i been doing and off course all those other yoga and pranayama breathing techniques out there. Also a big shoutouts to ur channels for getting people to breath correctly and teaching techniques cuz it is really lifechanging and easy you just gotta start doing it. I had trouble starting and depended more on drugs to cure my depression but as soon as i started it turned into a healthy habit and i could reach the same highs as drugs and even beyond :o it really clears the negativity and you will feel happier and you got more strength to deal with issues and for those who like psychedelics dmt breathing really releases dmt, ive seen bright colors and patterns with my eyes closed and had similar bodily sensations as with 5meo dmt, at moments i could even taste endogenous dmt . The body is made to feel bliss and orgasmic states! The hardware is there we just need to learn the right software to activate it, breathing is the key that unlocks ur potential. Stop looking for the 'Limitless' pill and learn how to breath! Channels like this, Wim Hof method and if you wanna go even further we got alot of knowledge about this on our planet, the Yogis and Siddhas been doing it for years so thats why i like these kinda videos so much cuz they bringing back old wisdom in new perspective and literally proving with science the effects of the ancient wisdom ✨🔥❤️

It does actually seems to work. I tried, yesterday, good results. I have just taken 3 readings after and during humming, 139/80, 118/79 and 107/73.
