I grow Arugula aka wild rocket in one part of my
Lawn., and no I don’t put chemicals on my lawn. I had a great harvest when the they went to seed and procured the prettiest flowers, which I picked and put in a vase.

Living on the edge of the Western Caribbean and lower Yucatan, the birds leave behind many seeds of the noni tree in their droppings; nearly half a dozen noni trees in the garden have established themselves.The leaves are dark green and very ornamental.Have known that the noni fruit is rich with nitric oxide for a very long time; after many attempts, just can't stomach the offensive taste and smell of stale vomit.If anyone out there know of a palatable way to deal with this "superfood" it would be greatly appreciated.
