I was definitely a calorie counter. After several back surgeries, I gained so much weight, and to make matters worse I am very petite for a man. I did get a diet/ exercise plan and am now at a healthy weight (right in the middle of the healthy level on the BMI chart). However, I refused to give up my white rice, being Korean it was a staple for us. Moderation is key

Google shows 100gm of white rice cooked has 130kcal
and 100gm of Wheat Roti Has 300kcal
And I Asked What to eat for weight loss Google said Roti
But Roti is high in calories to rice per 100gm🤔
