Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

My ex tried to play this game after our final break-up. He messaged me acting friendly, then suddenly blew up & blocked me. It made no sense. Weeks later, he did it again, only as he began to be drama, I managed to block him first. AND left it that way, for about 7 years now. We had a mutual friend who would chat occasionally. She started bringing him up. I told her that I wasn't interested in his life & asked her to not mention him again. The next time she mentioned him, I blocked her, too. This was early 2015. I moved on & that partner died in 2017. I thought I had the fool blocked everywhere, but he emailed me. I chewed him out and blocked him.

I have two of these fools in my past. I never use my real last name on social media, in order to stay off their radars. I look them up, any family or friends that might bother me on their behalf, and block every single one. No means no, now buzz off.

I'm No narcist....i was the one manipulated, got played with...i blocked and unblocked him, not because i played Games, because i tried to get away from him....that was very hard, He didn't Care a think after cheating on me, i guess i couldn't accept that he didn't Care a because he never closed up

Mine has me blocked on Instagram and I really don't care anymore. I have him blocked everywhere else. I don't understand the whole blocking thing anymore. It's all so damn childish anymore. I wish Social Media didn't exist honestly. It makes it so hard to get away from certain people sometimes. You are right though Lee Completely. I had to do this. I blocked him. He was hurt that I blocked him because he claimed that we should be friends. I told him that we were no longer friends, roommates, associates - nothing. That's when he had friends try to attach my messages to him on Facebook. I blocked them. Then, he would send people around here and there to get info about my current living situation in order to use it against me in the child custody case. I blocked them. Then, he would send me friend requests from some of his family members. I denied the requests and blocked his entire family. Finally, I got to the point of getting off of social media. I would send pics to my friends and family through texts and email.

I am happy as a clam now.😊

You are so on point, there has been an urge to look them up to see what they are up to. But when you genuinely want to be set free they wouldn't be in your thoughts at all. My only contact now are simple curious messages that are essential about picking my daughter up from school. Other than this nothing. I got down the gym and for the first time last night my thoughts went to my future and I was day dreaming of Al the experience I'm going to do. Stay focused don't look back and embrace the self love and future ahead of you. Lee thankyou yet again brilliant advice. 👏

Me and my narc x had a big argument because he had a one-night stand with another girl. And he asked for a break for one month. After the break, he said he felt better without me (Come on！he escaped from what he did), so we probably are not real love.
12 days after we broke up, he tagged his new supply on his Instagram bio and blocked me. He wrote, "The girl in his eye." I reached out to him and asked for a turth. He said, "Don't ask the answer you won't want to know." And then ghosted me.

I blocked him on everything in return. Cheater, liar, faker ！
