blender- Vitamix A3500

Tip🗣️
✅ sift the flour first then measure it out from that flour
✅make sure your yeast is still good to use
Ingredients:
For the dough:
4 cups (550g) sifted all purpose flour
2/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp instant year
1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin
2 eggs at room temp
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice extract (optional)
1/4 - 1/2 cup warm milk
For the filing
1 stick of butter at room temp
1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
For the icing
4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
4 tbsp butter at room temperature
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tsp maple extract
Drops of pumpkin pie spice extract
1 serving of love💕
