No Knead Bread,Super easy, Super soft.

No Knead Bread recipe so insanely brilliant – no sticky fingers, no doughy mess, no intricate measuring, no complicated kneading. Totally hands-off.
Here is the recipe to make soft no knead bread . It requires no kneading. It uses no special ingredients, equipment or techniques. And it takes very little effort.

Ingredients

1Tsp Active dried yeast

1Tablespoon Sugar

525g flour, here i took 150 gms (1 cup) whole wheat flour and 375 gms(2 and half cups) All purpose flour.You can adjust the proportion as you need.100 percent whole wheat flour bread will not be very soft as it contain less gluten.
plus extra for dusting...

400 ml warm water (250 ml for activating yeast and 150 extra)

1 and half tsp sea salt

1 tbsp oil

Method

1.Activate the dried yeast.

Pour 250ml warm water into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast and sugar. Stir well until sugar and yeast get dissolved.

2. Measure the flour.

3.Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

4.Wrap it with a plastic film and keep it aside in a warm environment for the first proofing.

After six hours,degas the fermented dough and then pull and stretch the dough...and fold it over a few times to give it some shape.

5. Transfer it into a baking vessel.

6. Cover the pan with cling film Make the dough rest for the second proofing.
Approximately after 1 hour the dough will get doubled in size.

Now time for Baking.

7.Bake at 400 degree F for 35-40 minutes.

You will get a beautifully caramelized golden brown crusted loaf of bread.I like soft crust....So i Smeared it with lil butter to make the crust more soft.

The inside of the bread will be very soft ,airy and so moistened.I am sure your whole family would love this bread.

Turn the bread out onto a wire rack and leave to cool for 10-15 mins before slicing.

I made bread for the first time and decided to use this recipe of yours. Have to say, it was beyond amazing!!! It's delicious with butter and it's great toasted too. I made your bread for my husband who likes sandwiches...I am not much of a bread person, but I tried a slice to see how it came out. OMG! It is like manna from heaven! I couldn't stop eating it. The only things I did differently was using 1 1/2 tsp truvia baking blend, sifted the flours, used EVOO, and left off the seeds. I had previously used the oven at 425 degrees for something else. I closed the oven and turned it off while I ate and before I made the bread. I set the glass bowl with a rubber lid in the oven with the light on and it had risen in 1 hour...I transfered it to a bread pan and covered it, and it was done rising a 2nd time in 15 minutes. I cooked it for 40 minutes at 400 degrees, and some of the bread dough had starting going over the side of the pan. I put 1 tablespoon of butter all over it to make the crust soft like you said. The top crust didn't get soft for me for some reason, but the bread is wonderful as far as I am concerned.

2nd time making awesome, but used organic unbleached natural white flour, no wheat, olive oil and only proofed 1.5 hrs in oven in proof. Came out wonderful!

This is so easy and turned out great 👍. I used extra virgin olive oil and maple syrup instead of sesame oil and sugar. And for the flour, I used 425g of unbleached organic all purpose flour and 100 g of other flour mixture which is oat flour, kamut and red fife. So tasty and will definitely make this again!

I like that you add oil and sugar to the mix.
Also that you explain that the bread has too cool off before cutting it, just like a steak.
I’m excited to try this, because I don’t have bread flour, so I’ll try this 100%.

Tried this today with just all purpose flour and it turned out awesome. I'm so happy! I also did not wait the 6 hours to proof. Maybe because I live in the tropics, it tripled in size so quickly.

Another easy recipe to try. I've not bake bread before but due to tighter Covid-19 control measures, now even bakeries and snack shops have been told to close till 1 June. I don't fancy supermarket breads with unnatural ingredients and preservatives so now no choice but to search YouTube to bake my own. Happy to have found your channel.
