How to make super soft cheese rolls ala Mary Grace

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup all purpose flour (or you can use 100% APF)
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 eggs
42 g or 4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
37 g or 4 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
150 ml milk
Cheese sticks - about 1/2 inch thick

Bake at 340f for 18-20 minutes

Tried this super soft talaga and not dry. The dough is just super sticky pero you just have to be patient, it will work pramis! Even next day malambot pa din. Must try.

I made it today!!! But I converted from cups to grams. I used 165g. of Bread flour and 100g. of AP flour but after kneaded it was super wet so I added more 50g. of AP flour. The dough was less wet but still sticky and soft. It was hard to divide and shape the dough. Yours are way better than mine 😅 But the final result is great!!! Bread is soft and fluffy. 😙
I'll make them again next time.

Mine came out really wet, it's sticking all over my hands. I kept on putting flour on my kneading table and oil on my hand just to be able to knead it properly. I think I used about 1/4 cup in total for the whole kneading process. I knead for about 20 to 25 minutes bec. I'm a first timer in baking. Gladly it came out soft just like in the video.

I tried it today and suppeeer fluffy and delicious. My kids love it make some cinnamon rolls ensaymada and cheeserollls. I doubled the recipe.
