Is it really necessary to "burn off" a really yummy meal that you probably enjoyed with family and friends? Why would we need to punish ourselves by ensuring we have a crap day the day after (exercising fasted and depriving ourselves of the calories we NEED)?
Reminders:
You are allowed to 'overeat'
You are not going to gain weight/fat after one big meal/day of eating
You do not need to earn/burn off you food!

OOF hard no. This is not healthy. One heavy dinner won’t make you lose progress or “get fat”. Literally eat what you want- stay active- stay HAPPY. (gonna unsubscribe for this one bc I’m in ED prevention rn and videos like this will make me fall into old habits)

Absolutely horrible advice. Wasn't expecting this from you. You don't really need to burn off a dinner you enjoyed. Just get back to your daily routine and things will fall in the line.
