I cured my anxiety tremor for three days by simply working out daily. Stretching, pushups, and belly exercises have done the job. My doctor gave me pills, but God is a lot greater since He gave us the possibility to recover through our own actions.

I cured my chronic anxiety through exercise.

I used to have 1-2 panic attacks daily (15-30 min each) they were agonizing. But when I started running 1-3 miles a day, 5 times a week, my anxiety was reduced by 95%. I havent had a panic attack in almost a year. Also eating healthy and reading will boost this further.

Reading + cold showers + working out + meditation + no PMO = success

Will Smith said it. Run and Read. Just run and read. Run and read for the rest of your life.

Recognizing the connection between mental and physical health is essential. The next step is taking the action which begins with exercise within your capabilities.

Since I started working out and running daily, everything got much better.
I stopped being lazy about studying, I finally started to clean my room every day unless it’s unnecessary, I upped my hygiene by a lot, my mood is constantly better, much better, my confidence is better, it’s just much better

Really when i started exercising i was aiming on weight loss, surprisingly i got even more than that. The addictions, the great feeling of muscle soreness, the boost of motivation, focus and abstract thinking, no doubt that workout gives significant effect on the brain.

Longtime sufferer of depression. Running helps me so much. The worst thing for me is I already know the info that’s in this vid so when I stop running on a regular basis it’s a double whammy because I also suffer extreme guilt along with the funk and rut I’m stuck in. It’s like there’s a voice in my head telling me not to run and just drink more alcohol to relieve my stress, depression and anxiety which of course only makes it worse. A vicious cycle that ruins a life and it’s so hard to maintain that healthy routine when hardly anybody around me even thinks about running. Ugh. Just bought a $175 pair of Hokas to give me some incentive lol. Wish me luck.

So there is no more excuses like "I'm more of an intellectual kind of person" to dodge sports

Guys, no joke, ever since I stopped eating oatmeal with peanut butter for breakfast (pure carbs and some nut protein) and started to eat eggs instead, I’ve noticed that I think more clearly and remember things better. I believe it’s because of the omegas in egg yolks. 2-3 eggs every single morning for breakfast along with a peanut butter coated banana and a small bowl of oatmeal (like three TbS of oat bran in hot water. Not much). Brain food, y’all!
