Very great tips that you give here. I had one that was geared up towards law-enforcement not too long ago. But they are similar behavioral questions. I was given one in which I was asked” name a time in which you’ve gone above and beyond normal call of duty and what was the situation” and result? I told them about a time that I was at work and even though it was in my normal scope of duties some more extra work that I had done even on the clock. And this was a rather tough task but I explained what I did and what the result was. Needless to say I didn’t get the position but that’s fine Because I believe maybe it was based off other factors. How would you advise if they run into this question again how would I go about answering? Thank you
