Richard - BIG thank you for you excellent help. After having watched your videos for the last few days Ifelt very confident for the job interview I attended today. I don't know yet if I will be hired, BUT I was so confident and had very easy time talking to the interviewers as never before. It was even fun, no stress or black hole.
