Why you're always tired and you're so tired all the time comes down to understanding how to have more energy. How to stop being tired and to never feel tired again requires you to address your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy because energy management, not time management is the key to productivity.

Part of my low energy is spending too much time alone. I’m divorced, no children, both parents deceased and an incredibly small circle of friends. I work shifts so sleep deprivation is the norm. I’m exhausted. Honestly, I can’t see a way out. I’ll find it but it’s a very painful journey to enlightenment.

My energy level is probably a 6-8 depending on how good my sleep is. I love the various types of energy being mentioned here.

You’re very spot on about spiritual energy. I resonate with that and spoke about joy very often with my clients. I worked hard to become a therapist, and unfortunately it doesn’t align with me, at least the version of who I am today and now contemplating doing life coaching. You give me hope and inspiration 💛✨Thank you 🙏🏼

a solid 2. it's been like that for weeks if not months. overwhelmed and unmotivated, assuming tomorrow will be better. it's like I've given up on my own self

I think about the title of your book every day. It’s everything. EVERYTHING. We can’t move, nor enjoy, nor achieve, without massive sustained grit and energy. Being exhausted you just can’t grow or do anything at all.

Thank you! You are the wisdom filled parent I never had, and at 60, this is a path I am excited to walk down, knowing that I will not die without becoming the person I always wanted to be. I listen to one of your videos now every day, told my sons about you, praying that they will live their best life. I started to make changes, something every day. It was hard at first, but I am so glad now and actually look forward to making more changes, I am even excited to do so. BTW. I love that you say your dad looks like the Dali Lama (LOL), he is a hero of mine. Be well.

My energy level is about 4,
caregiving elderly parents, dealing with side hustles, household chores, clients that are complex,
is tough, but i appreciate this insight,
been working on my nutritions - such as getting greens and also having less screentime.

Thank you for this video.

I agree it's like therapy writing down your thoughts, especially if you feel angry or hurt.

On a scale from 1 to 10, my energy level is a 5 ... mostly a 4.5.
Currently holding down two jobs and 55-58 hours a week of work.

I regularly wake up on this side of the grass each day with an energy level of at least 8. I can amp it up when I cycle and hit the gym. Then, my friend, I’m a 10. I’m a coach as well, and I totally agree, prioritize your health. Sleep is a priority.

All things I already knew — yet, needed to hear because we know it’s intrinsically right. Thank you for putting this message out there, it’s much needed 🙏

Hi, Simon, wow, you really put together aspects of life in a holistic way. I need to read your book… reading is, what saves me most. I never thought about my levels🤔… here you are: Usually I wake up on a level 2. Tea and fruit level me up to 3, some wise sentences from a book or a video to 4 and a shower with cold finish followed by a daily walk around the nice ponds in the neighborhood, taking pictures from the nature, to 5. If the sun is shining I put out my garden chair, a little robin visits me, I have more tea and a sandwich, a good book, family chats : 6, decide what to harvest for my dinner, salad leaves, beans, mulberries, herbs at this time, go inside, prepare food, while it’s cooking doing some house work: 7, in the evening I like to watch TV, knitting or crocheting, mostly for babies around: 8. on rainy days I like to play guitar, sing or paint. I would like to wake up with a 8… but so far I’m happy I’ve the energy to 'crawl up the ladder 🪜' from 2 to 8 most of the days. The daily walk is very important. Dave from 'WalkingisfFtness' is my biggest motivator. It’s hard to deal with a depression with no really understanding people around, but I take it step by step. There are days I have to remind myself about the steps and I can only take one or two, but there’s always another and better day after. I had to accept help from a doctor and medication, which took me from level zero to two, a level where I can start to move and help myself. Thank you for your supporting work and for making me think and sort through my levels. Love from Germany, Monika❣
