This is wonderful. Thank you for sharing. What if you have multiple S/N on an invoice one month and then the next month it doesn't include all the S/N's from previous month? I'm trying to track equipment leases and usages weekly/monthly for a Distribution Center.

I am glad to find this. I am a bookkeeper for an architectural firm. I use quickbooks. However, I need a way to track our consultant's fees for every project... their fee, their invoices to us for that project, and the balance left to bill to us. Do you think this would work for that?

What would be best to do when I have a lump sum amount needed to be paid, and I send out monthly invoices? The same amount for multiple people? Say $5000/person needs to be paid in total, but I’m billing individual monthly invoices for $100 minimum payment.

Question: how can you update the full total after inputting the invoice has been paid while keeping the amount in the column? i keep track of all payments but want my total to reflect to all paid expenditures as well
