@firekevin I totaly agree. I'd be using a bench and all the cable equipment in my gym if I were to do this exercise. So I'm not doing it :/

He needs to bend the elbows a bit more and lift with the chest and not the arms

Its rasy for him because bes using very low weight it is mich harder to so that with heavyier weights
