Isnt this bad form? Especially from range of motion specialists like u guys. 45 degrees elbows to get deeper

my shoulders can't handle when i flare out my elbows this much, guess i'll have to forgo the deeper stretch you get when you do that for better joint health

This is almost db press for shoulders. Make sure to use only like 30 degrees of incline.

I feel this in my traps. Oddly they become the limiting factor for this exercise for me. I think it's clearly from me retracting the scaps but might need to go higher weight less reps for myself or pre-exhaust

Im doing this but i dont feel my upper chest. Im doing it at around 45 degrees . I also cant feel my lats in dumbbell rows

I never feel any burn on my upper chest, must be doing something wrong, ill try different degrees i guess?

Hands should be tucked in and rotated, this way its hitting more shoulders than upper chest.
