Don't forget to let them know about scapula contraction, bench incline degrees, and wrist + elbow angle, if you feel shoulders pain get a underhand grip position, or a hammer grip, this will relief shoulders pain

Bro u put me on to this movement months ago. I just came looking for a tutorial cuz I haven't done it in a few weeks since I went on vacation. I looked up a tutorial and now, you once again have taught me a proper incline dumbbell bench press, Tyler ur a mf hero

Solid tutorial. For heavy DBs I wouldn't do both at the same time on the kick up.
Hand position is a great tip as well.
I like to at the top of the concentric movement, if you tip the weights like you're pushing your thumbs up, you'll get even more pec activation and squeeze out of it 💪
Also add long length partials reps here after failure. Summates more metabolites

Make a vid 0n low incline press i saw someone do it and did it its pretty dope
Like its between incline and flat i think 30 or 35 degree it was this targets whole chest perfectly just doing this and peck fly till faliure gave the juciest pump
U should definetly try it out
I mean ofc flst and incline have their place but i think for a variation this is really good or if u re short on time

Im doing this but i dont feel my upper chest. Im doing it at around 45 degrees
