The following will be a guided breathwork video where I integrate the Wim Hof Method breathing with the physiological sigh and mindfulness meditation. This video is a follow-up to my last video on the newly released study by Huberman's Lab.
A little bit about myself: I'm Kitaro, a Movement, Kung Fu, and breathwork practitioner and teacher. I don't like fitness.
