My name is Dr. Kevin Mao, Physical Therapist, and together with my wife Thuy Lu, we have created a Video series called How to Heal Chronic Lower Back Pain By Fixing the ROOT Causes.
Over the past 14 years we've worked with hundreds of people in the Bay Area who struggle with chronic back pain, and are looking for natural, effective treatments that do not involve having to take pills, or to risk having surgery.
And the main reason that we have been able to have tremendous success is by learning to focus on treating the ROOT causes of back pain, instead of making the very common mistake of only treating "symptoms" (like most people do).
