The adjuster did an on-site inspection and Investigator told me that i could start fix my place and now i get call an engineer coming in 2 weeks to my place. The damage happened 2 months ago. Im furious.

Olympus’s engineer spent 9 minutes from his feet on the ground going up the ladder to my two-story roof checking it and back down the ladder with feet on the ground. I got denied. And I have proof of an F2 tornado that ripped through my neighborhood.
