How 200 Kilos Caused a Feud of Almost 10 Years

The Balkans have a notorious underworld, where trust and betrayal shape destinies. A fierce internal dispute divided an organization, leading to an unprecedented conflict that involved politicians, corrupt police, football hooligans, and claimed over 50 lives globally.

The feud began when betrayal split the powerful Škaljari organization, triggering a chain of events that spiraled into chaos. This gripping story unfolds with two rival clans: the Kavač and the Škaljari, led by Slobodan Kašćelan, Radoje Zvicer, Igor Dedović, and Jovan Vukotić.

In 2015, the feud officially ignited with the assassination of Škaljari member Goran Radoman. The conflict intensified with the failed attempt on Goran Đuričković's life, orchestrated by Gregory Ferraris, recruited by the Kavač.

The situation escalated in Kotor, prompting Montenegrin Interior Minister Goran Danilovic's warning in June 2016 about the ala**r**ming violence's impact on tourism.

The feud intensified when Tamara Zvicer, wife of Kavač leader Radoje Zvicer, survived an assassination attempt. She implicated Škaljari leader Jovan Vukotić and his father Veselin Vukotić in the attack.

The most dangarous guy I ever meet is Dragan Joksovic. He used to be my neighbour in Stockholm Sweden. Big dude with hands. I was just a kid but he was such a nice guy to the kids. Always respectful to my mom and his neighbours. I didn't know who he was at all, just a kid. Later he got killed in a racehorse track in Sweden. Very well known Gangster from Sweden. He had hella connections to all the night Club doors, Bars etc in Stockholm. Some guys they just have that aura and swagger that tells you he is a very very serious dude and will kill you in heartbeat. Dragan was like that.
