Alright guys get ready to jab-cross-jab and kick a ton of calories with this 40 minute kickboxing workout! Intensity and fun all rolled into one full-body sweat jam.

Bodyweight today, all you need is your water and be sure to warm up before we get started. We’ve got 3 combos per circuit, 5 circuits, working 30 seconds//transition 10, with a bigger rest between each circuit.

I wanted to kickbox today so I chose this one, this is the first of your workouts I received ads throughout it. That was frustrating but I powered through because I was enjoying it :) Thank you!

This was the first of your workouts I have completed, and I LOVED it. I am drenched in sweat but this was so much fun that I feel like I could have just kept going (I won't, for the fear of overtraining).
