I really appreciate the modifications that you provide! They are so helpful and they make your workouts more accessible. When I was relearning how to walk last year, I sat in a chair and was still able to do your workouts all throughout my recovery. It just goes to show that there is truly an option... for EVERYBODY.

I've always loved these cardio kickboxing classes but these just keep getting better and better! I'm a sucker for a longer combo and this one delivers! Kept my heart rate way up without being too exhausting. Plus it was really great kicking out that residual quad pain from yesterday's class!
