What I feel that has made the hiring process more complicated than it needs to be is the implementation of one way interviews.

You don't know who's looking at that video you don't know where its going and sadly you won't always know the questions that its asking you before you hit the record button.

The final nail in the coffin for me are the employers that create ghost jobs.

There isn't a shortage of talent there's a shortage of companies that are unwilling to invest in employees.
