Cindy, I woke up this morning with hip pain and back pain, as I do so many mornings. I tried out this video for the first time today - after starting with your 5 minute tai chi for seniors, and by the time I had finished both videos my back felt good again and the hip pain was gone! I'm impressed. And I'm so grateful for your work and your lovely spirit!

I had a hard (hard for me) workout with weights and my back was hurting the next day. I wasn't expecting too much from this but I was pleasantly surprised that it helped the pain in my lower back tremendously. Thanks 🙏
