THIS WORKS😍

I am 14 years old and i started doing this exercise like a week ago and i grew 1.5cm tall. I went from 161.5cm to 163cm. I did it three times everday. So i decided to update whenever i can.

Week one: 1.5cm
Week two: no changes
(I am not going to do these exercises for a few days because i am going on vacations. So i will start again.)
Week 3: i grew 2 cm taller

I also wanted to mention, just incase somebody wonders, i drink a lot of water and I don't have specific things i eat or drink. I just drink 1 glass of water 25-30 minutes before starting the exercises and i drink 1-2 glasses after 5-10 minutes of it. I actually feel like vomiting drinking before, after or in between the workout so i just set up the time.

I HOPE EVERYONE READING THIS CAN GET THEIR DESIRED HEIGHT!!!!


I am really really busy right now since my school is about to start so i am not doing this exercise anymore.

1 день-✅выполнено, очень сложно было делать упражнения, но я все выполнила. Под конец начал болеть пресс и ноги в области икр.
2 день-✅сделала все упражнения. Сегодня выполнять их было чуточку легче, чем вчера.
3 день-✅выполнила все упражнения
4 день-✅все упражнения выполнены
5 день-❌не ввполнила, т.к. была занята и очень устала 😮‍💨
6 день-✅выполнила все задания

Thank you sooo much! Im like shortest in class I only done this excerisize for 6 days and I grew 1 inch taller. And I was planning to do this excersize for 3 months. I'm so thankful, now I can glow up in summer holidays too . Edit: since y all asking me so many questions, I done this for a month, and I was 4'6 yes I'm very short (even though I'm 13) but now I'm 4'8 so this stretch is very effective.
Another edit: I did this for once a day and it was very effective so if you do it for 2-3 a day you will grow really tall in no time.

Results: okay so I done this for 3 months, I was 4'6 now I'm 5'1 I grew alot and I'm very happy results, these excersize are also good to help you go to bed easier because it makes you feel tired anyway this is greattt!!

okay so i definitely saw some changes! By day 5 i felt a bit taller, so, i checked my height. I will recommend you to try this because this does work! It may take a bit of time, (depending on your age) but keep going because it will definitely work! I increased 1 cm in 7 days! Hope this is helpful. <3

I really want to grow taller but scientifically doctors say it’s impossible because I have short genes and my period was so long ago
I’m 153 right now but I hope to at least reach 160cm
Since this exercise has so much good feedback and it’s very easy I’ll be trying to do this regularly!

Guys it's work I grow 4.5 CM in just 3 weeks and i skip it like 14 days and do that for just 7 days can't believe I became 1 and a half inch 😃😃

hey guys😭😭 I’m doing this since I’m really insecure about my height and I’m not close to average for my age, so I’ll be doing this for a week for now, keep putting my results for each day for a week here!! (I’m doing other stretch workouts along with the results might not be accurate for only this workout)

146.7cm (4’10)
Tiring but was fun! Listening to music (WOR K OUT) is really helpful makes it enjoyable, I walked a lot the day before so my legs were a bit sore.

-DAY 2 ✅ DID BOTH WORK OUTS
146.7cm (4’10) THE SAME
Even more tiring because my legs were soooo sore from yesterday. I didn’t listen to music so a bit unmotivated lol at 12am😨😨

14/07/23
-DAY 3 ☑️ DID FIRST WORK OUT..
I didn’t check but I think the same 146.7cm (4’10)
It was pretty easy this time, but I didn’t do second so yeah but first work out easy and um I ran out of time to do the second bec I had to call friends LOL

I didn’t get to do it bec I hang out and I was tired bec we walked like over 4, 000 steps so I guess that was js enough!

I don’t know if I even measured it right before but I am sure I did, I am shocked that I grew 0.8 cm, I am half way to 4’11! I really wanna reach at least 5’0, I hope I will! I never checked for the past 2 days so wow!!

147.0cm (4’10) IDK WHY SHRINKED LOL
It was easy, I didn’t do second bec friend wanted to call lol… but no sweat actually WOWWW. Tomorrow I will do both. Or maybe extra

-DAY 7 ☑️ DIDN’T DO EXTRAS
147.5cm (4’10) HALF WAY TO 4’11 AGAIN
No time for extras, but I did other workouts and I did it earlier this time! Proud of myself today, it was a bit hard
