I’ve been swimming an average of 3 times a week for the last 10 months and it’s by far the best thing I’ve ever done.

I took up swimming a year and half ago I've since joined the masters and swim at least 4 times a week now and I feel so much better for it stopped smoking and drinking as well

Bad timing there m8, swimming is actually causing me distress, and it could even land me into a mental hospital for the wrong reasons.
