10 Minute Jump Rope Workout with Weights

This is a 10 minute Jump Rope Workout that you can do at your own home!
It is recommended to have these equipment for this workout:
1. 1 Light weight Jump Rope
2. 1 Heavy Jump Rope
3. 20lbs Weight (what I used) If you can go heavier, then go ahead!
if you don't have any of the mentioned equipment, you use only 1 rope for the jump rope and anything heavy like a bag with some books inside for the weights.
