I finally found a work out instructor that makes work outs I can actually do 😭 I’m a single mom of 3 with scoliosis and back pain and am never able to do any of the exercises others do. Thank you for offering us mommas something 😊 I gota get this baby weight off lol

Dude I felt this the day after and today I did day two!! Yes sir I’m and loving this workout out. I am a mom but my children are grown but I am a working mom and menopausal and this feels awesome!! Thank you Sir!! Can’t wait to do tomorrow…. Yay me😊😊😅 i have a surgery coming up in January and trying to shed my last 20 to 25 lbs as it’s a serious surgery to get ahead n be healthy. Already lost 30 lbs and I love your workouts I can’t do gym workouts or heavy weights due to my back ur your videos have shedded it off of me and firmed me up more then any trainer I have hired and worked with. I love this video!!! The simplicity!!! I think that videos by women tend to try to add extra stuff to make it less boring. Unlike many women, I can't multitask. My brain overcomplicates things, I overdo it, and hurt myself if I make up my own routines. Simple repetition is beautiful!!! Thank you!!!❤
