Same mohit i have also failed many times but in 2022 i have decided to change my life I was 155kgs then i worked my ass off then after 1.8 years my weight is now 85kg i have lost almost 70kgs

2 months back I was 74, now I am 62, lost 12 KG's in 2 months..
Just doing an Incline walk on 12 with a 6 KM speed for 30 mins daily. Half an hour body building exercices.
Morning 1 glass hot water with 1 spoon honey, half lemon, black salt. 4 eggs, and 2 chapatis in lunch and 2 chapatis at night. Apart from this no junk food, not even a eating single thing from outside. No tea, no cofee, no sugar.

Bhaii this is my 3rd attempt to losse weight and this time iam surely loseing weight and in 2 week i have reduced 5 kgs and i am looking forward to loose it all

Bro you motivated me most 3 months ago i was 115 kg, everyone start body shaming me in my school, parent, friend etc. I was very demotivated and about to suicide but after watching you i regain hope and decide to shut everyone mouth by losing weight. Today after 3 months, My weight come to 95 which is 20 kg lose and feeling better and more strong . Student once bully me, now considered me as their inspiration and all of are my friends. My Target is to lose 10 kg more which is 85 in the next 2 month. After that i will lead a normal life.

I was 84-85 last year at april.. its all about dedication and self interest towards fatloss. If you want it then you must suffer for it. I follow david goggins and back then I was so inspired through his training I legit worked out as much as I could. I would say this much that my main aim was to surpass my limits so I didn't care about sleep I would barely eat and just pushed myself. I saw the results, my weight dropped to 78 kgs with good muscle mass. Weight doesn't determine you because it is a gravitational pull but fat does determine. You might be 80 and in the mirror you are muscular so there needs to be proper sense. Well I would recommend my style to lose fat only if you are bounded for a given period of time. Else dont go harsh because you might follow the crazy schedule for 2 days but the 3rd day would determine your entire upcoming days. Its a mental game .. in the end nothing's impossible its just we who don't want to push and feel discomfort consistently.

I was overweight all my life and been bullied all the time i have done diet many time and lose some weight but gained it again and this time 10 kgs mor
and decided lose it several times but failed but this time i am very determined and has lost 6 kgs in 2 months with several cheat meals because had too as I did not wanted to tell to people's out there hope i achieve my 30 kgs weight loss journey soon and maintain it . I agree with Mohit that the fat loss process should be fast and aggressive because if you take a long time it can demotivate you but in the end it all comes to mindset if you are happy with any kind of progress then don't worry just be working hard to achieve your goals.
